Paso
Robles Pioneer Day Parade-2008
The Paso
Robles Pioneer Day Parade is a family event that should
not be missed. Along with one of the largest displays in the
country of fully functional antique tractors and engines the
parade has beautiful floats, pretty girls, hot rods, model
A's & T's, and plenty of decked out horses and wagons.
Paso really knows how to throw a celebration....After the
parade the tractors and engines are on display at the Pioneer
Museum......And everything is free.

Atascadero
Lake Park & Zoo
A
lovely park located in Atascadero with a winding road and
pathway that surrounds a beautiful little lake. The Charles
Paddock Zoo is located in the park, which is the only
zoo in the Central Coast area. Also located in the picturesque
Atascadero Lake Park is the Pavilion
on the Lake which is the city of Atascadero's premier
banquet, reception, and conference center; and the park is
the future home of the world class Atascadero
Veterans Memorial..........This park is a great place
for a family picnic or outing.

Morro

Bay is also know as the Gibraltar of the Pacific. It is
one of nine extinct volcano peaks, called the Nine
Sisters, which run from Morro Bay to San Luis Obispo.
It is also home to the Peregrine Falcon.
I
